School fees can be paid any time, and payment plans are available if approved by the building principal. If you plan on making a partial payment using our payment plan, you must pay ¼ of your total fees per grading period, with the total amount being due by the last day of the school year. If a family finds it more convenient to pay fees on a weekly or monthly schedule, this can be arranged with the building principal as well.

A minimum $50 payment applicable to previous years unpaid fees must be made before students will be permitted to purchase school related items such as school pictures, yearbooks, scholastic books, etc. All other school related items can be purchased if fees have been paid in full or there is a payment plan in process and ¼ of your fees are paid each grading period.

If a parent qualifies for Ohio Works First (OWF-formerly Aid to Dependent Children, ADC) school fees will be waived.  This form can be obtained from each school office, and needs to be completed and returned to the same school office. Your application will then be sent to Jobs and Family Services for verification and parents will be notified, by the school, if they qualify for this waiver.

Grade cards will also be withheld from students still owing school fees.  Any graduating senior who has not paid his/her fees will also not receive their High School Diploma until all fee obligations are met.
