Spring Sports Awards

Houston High School held their Spring Sports Awards Banquet on Monday, May 16. Special award winners in baseball were Howie Ludwig with the best offensive player, Tristin Freistuhler with the best defensive player, and Isaiah Beaver with the Wildcat Award. Special award winners in softball were Macey Stang with the best offensive player, Grace Riffell with the best defensive player, and Jessica Monnier with the Wildcat Award. Special award winners in girls’ track were Morgan Ely with the most points track, Shelby Ayers with the most points field, and Caity Falls with the Wildcat Award. Special award winners in boys’ track were Derrek Mayse with the most points track, Cody Meyer with the most points field, Troy Riley with the Wildcat Award, Zach McKee with the Russ Richards Award, and Jacob Slater with the Ryan Mohler Award. Congratulations to all our spring athletes on a successful season!
