- Congratulations to our FFA Chapters Equine team for placing 6th in the Indian Lake Invitational last Wednesday. Members on the team included Elizabeth Low, Hailey McCorkle, Caleb Woodward and Austin Schutz.
Also congratulations to our FFA Chapters Poultry team for placing 7th at the same contest. High Scoring members include Ethan Lukey, Sara Loraine, Dylan Shaffer, and Mya Lentz. Way to go!

- March theme day – This Thursday will be crazy sock day. March 21st is also World Down Syndrome Awareness Day. Down syndrome results from a genetic variation in which humans acquire an extra, or 21st chromosome. Crazy socks have become part of World Down Syndrome Day because the extra chromosome looks like a striped sock under a microscope. Everyone is encouraged to rock your crazy socks this Thursday!
- If you have not yet purchased your prom ticket, they are now on sale. Students are not permitted to sign up at a table for dinner until they have purchased tickets, so get your friends together and see Mrs. Garber in the office today! Last day to purchase tickets is March 27th.

Sophia Sharp and Bell Shultz received a Gold rating in Focus on Children - Congratulations to the FFA Chapter on being named one of the top 10 chapters in the State of Ohio. Our FFA Chapter was also rated a gold chapter, and a top 10 chapter in the Building Communities and Strengthening Agriculture areas. Special shout out to Katie Maier and Ethan Lukey for helping fill out the application, and who will go on to interview for these awards next week.
